Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elvis Perry. This policy explains how and when your order will arrive.

Complimentary Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during launches, promotions and peak seasons. We'll email you if there's any significant delay.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, since carrier delays outside our control can happen.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

International Orders

Where available, international shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total. Customs processing may add time to delivery.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Returns

Not quite right? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original condition with tags attached.
